2 days at my new job
Well, friends, another week of no running. I'm still itching to get out there, but I've finally surrendered to the idea of getting completely better before attempting another jog. That said, I've noticed marked improvement this week--in everything from range of motion to weight bearing to walking stride--and I'm hoping that one more week of rest/x-training/chiro will have me on the mend for good. There's still almost 3 months remaining until XC nationals, which means I can afford to bide my time. After all, it worked for Tanya in the spring!
