AM: Attempted/failed run
PM: 50 mins. elliptical
20 mins. core/strength
Thought I might be able to run today but within a few steps I could tell the pain in my upper quad/hip flexor was going to be prohibitive. So frustrating. In the afternoon I got to watch everyone else on the team do barefoot running, strides and plyometrics that I couldn't do while I sat around and did nothing. Great start to the week.
