So, I'm basically over this whole "running" business. As I told Jilane a few days ago, it's convenient that our tapering coincides perfectly with our general apathy. It was wonderful to have Jordan's company and a change of scenery for most of the week, and I can't wait until this time next week (!!) when I'm finally in DC and reunited with the better half of Team MJ. Overall, I'm confident that my fitness is where it needs to be, so at this point it's just putting on the finishing touches and tune-ups and trying to stay healthy and rested for a few more weeks.
