76 miles
3 doubles
3 states (TX, NC, GA)
3 AFDs
I would like to fill this in with more detail, but I've got to get to bed so I can head out the door for Atlanta in the early AM. After a whirlwind week of travel and work, it doesn't appear as though things will be slowing down any time soon. Good thing I love my job! Also I do have something to look forward to...spending time with my bestie Brookelet in Birmingham this weekend! I'll undoubtedly be busy working the Mercedes Marathon expo but hopefully I'll have time to hang out and she'll finally be able to introduce me to her fiance, Lance.
Time to kick off another crazy week!

Meagan,
I have followed your blog off and on for a year or so, I found it through Blake- my Husband coached him when he was at SMS. I am sorry that your Marathon did not unfold the way you wanted it to, but the last time I read your blog you were out with an injury. The improvement you have made since then is amazing. Congrats on your recent accomplishments, and I am sure you will find yourself another opportunity to run a PR in the marathon soon enough.
thanks so much for the kind words. believe it or not i just jumped in the mercedes marathon in birmingham this morning (was there to work the expo) and ended up qualifying! not sure on the official time, right around 2:45-flat. it was a tough and hilly course but beautiful weather and a great morning to be out running. thank you so much for your support and best of luck with your own running goals!
update this thing!
